Strike/Throw

For those who don't know, a Strike/Throw mixup is where you have you opponent guessing on defense upon whether or not you will strike them with an attack or throw them. There are two aspects that make Mitsuru's Strike/Throw game scary.

  • : Mitsuru gets a full combo from her throw in the corner into a combo for solid damage and a safe jump and or oki for mixups.

  • : When Mitsuru does 5B she is invulernable to ground throws, so if the opponent tries to tech the throw you can 5B and it will make their throw whiff and you Fatal Counter them for insane damage.

Using Oki Mitsuru can make her midscreen Strike/Throw mixup scarier.
